Pursuant to the Resolution, the Temporary Inquiry Panel is "to define the type and degree of responsibility of the officials of the Secretariat of the President of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Ministry of Transport and Communication of Ukraine, the General Prosecution of Ukraine and other public institutions who created corruptive grounds by their actions or inaction for lease (prolongation of the term of lease agreement) of 16 helicopters МІ-8МТ (МТВ) out of the stock of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the private company on the unprofitable for the State terms".
A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No.3572.
